Kata Villa 1 is located within an exclusive enclave of luxury private villas, situated in the south east of the island of Phuket, overlooking two of its finest beaches. The estate has a club house, swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness centre. The management office can arrange airport taxis, car rental, boats for scuba diving, golf, restaurant reservations, and so forth.
The house with a wide ocean view has a private 14m long swimming pool, six double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, a large main sitting room with an equal sized adjoining convered terrace and big family room with a plasma television. The house is quite new, was only completed back in 2005. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with fax machine, wireless internet, sound system, etc.
Beach is reachable on foot. Five minutes walk down through the estate will bring you to Kata Noi Beach. Kata Noi Beach is a half mile long which its two-thirds is along the estate facade and roped off from jetskis, speed boats, etc. making it wonderfully peaceful.
Kata Villa 1 has three staffs including a cook and in-house laundry service. Thy are trained by the owners who love the house and visit regularly. Laundry and shopping are done by the staffs. The car, belonging to the house is available to guests with an itnernational driving license.
